Case Study: Beyond Sport United

Beyond Sport is a London-based, global non-profit.  Its mission is to utilize sport as an initiator of sustainable social change.  It convenes leaders and practitioners alike several times a year to discuss the intersection of sport and society.  At Beyond Sport United, it looks to the American sports market to drive this change.

 

Power of SOcial Media

The team at Beyond Sport were focusing on the power social media can have when implemented correctly by athletes, teams, leagues and communities.  Presenters and workshop facilitators were brought in to talk about best practices, reach and influence.  XPL was challenged with creating a social media experience at the conference that not only would align with its teachings, but that would also fully engage attendees to participate and spread the conference messages out.
